Fulfillment, Payment, and Refund Policy

Focus with Fred presents your case to a panel of jurors. From their responses, we will generate a report summarizing their feedback and detailing how your case was viewed.

1. Trial Study and Video Study

When you create either a Video Study or a Trial Study in Focus with Fred, you are responsible for ensuring that your materials and case information is accurate. Jurors will see your materials exactly as you upload them to our system. Focus With Fred does not proofread or otherwise evaluate your materials. You are able to build a case and preview our system without payment. Once you are confident your case is ready to present, you will be asked to submit payment. Your payment starts our process, and you will receive a PDF and online report typically within 3-5 business days. Once your payment is submitted and we begin presenting your case to jurors, we are unable to cancel your case or provide refunds. However, if for any reason we are unable to present your case or generate a report, we will contact you and provide a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.

2. Trial Study +:

When you choose to use Focus With Fred’s Trial Study +, you will have the assistance of one of our team members as you build your case in our system. You will first provide just basic information and then be asked to submit payment. Once we receive payment, you will be contacted by one of our team members to start the process of building your case. Once your case is complete and uploaded to our system, you will receive a PDF and online report typically within 3-5 business days. Once your payment is submitted and we begin working with you, we are unable to cancel your case or provide refunds. However, if for any reason we are unable to present your case or generate a report, we will contact you and provide a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.
